- How big will the Haultain Estate development be?
There is a total of 61 north facing sections, ranging in size from 500 sqm to 2629 sqm.
- Can I change the house plans to suit my specific requirements?
Yes absolutely! All our plans can be custom designed to suit your individual needs. Or you can access our design and build service, for a bespoke home that’s 100% tailored to you.
- Can I chose my own interior and exterior colours?
Absolutely. ZB Homes is all about providing you with choice. Even if you’re a first home buyer on a tight budget, you still get to choose your colours. We have samples of brick colours and interior finishing’s all available to view at our Design Centre in Te Awamutu. The choice is yours!
- When are the houses expected to be built?
The subdivision siteworks and roading are due to start. Construction of the houses will start once titles are issued. It takes on average five – six months for a home to be completed once consent is issued.
- Can you help with financing?
We have a close relationship with Lime Group and Squirrel Mortgages and can put you in touch with a mobile lending manager.

- How long will my house take to be built?
Once your plans have been approved through council, we aim to have your home completed within five – six months (weather dependent of course!)
- Do the house and land packages include landscaping?
- Does the subdivision have covenants?
Yes, it does. Please refer to our covenants document, Haultain-Estate-Land-Covenants.
